Implementation ResponsibilityPurchaser is solely responsible for:
• Implementing templates correctly
• Configuring CRM, SMS, and email systems
• Testing automations
• Monitoring communications
• Ensuring proper system functionality
Lead Velocity Labs does not provide technical support beyond the materials delivered.4. Legal and Regulatory CompliancePurchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• CAN-SPAM Act
• State privacy laws
• SMS consent and opt-in regulations
• Data protection requirementsPurchaser is responsible for:
• Obtaining proper written consent before sending SMS messages
• Maintaining legally compliant opt-in disclosures
• Maintaining their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Consulting legal counsel where appropriateLead Velocity Labs does not provide legal advice and assumes no liability for non-compliant marketing practices or misuse of materials.5. Intellectual PropertyAll materials provided remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lead Velocity Labs.Purchaser is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use only. Purchaser may not:
• Resell
• Redistribute
• Republish
• Repackage
• Claim ownershipof any materials provided.6. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Velocity Labs shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Legal penalties or regulatory fines
• Claims arising from purchaser marketing practices
• Third-party software failures
• Implementation errorsTotal liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.7. IndemnificationPurchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lead Velocity Labs and its owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising from:
• Purchaser’s implementation of templates
• Purchaser’s marketing practices
• Violations of applicable laws
• Claims from third parties related to SMS, email, or marketing communicationsThis indemnification obligation survives termination of this agreement.8. Dispute Resolution & ArbitrationAny dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California.Purchaser agrees to waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit.Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider. Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.9. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.10. Refund PolicyRefunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 23, 2026Lead Velocity Labs offers a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase.To request a refund, email: [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved.After 7 calendar days, all sales are final.By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Accessing, downloading, or using the materials does not void your eligibility for a refund within the 7-day period; however, excessive refund requests, abuse, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of future purchases.Lead Velocity Labs reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation.All disputes are subject to the arbitration and governing law provisions outlined in our Terms of Service.
